As with apart-hotels, Livin’Residence offers a solution between temporary rental and a hotel, providing the possibility of living in Buenos Aires or in Rosario as if you were living in your own place…your home.

The concept of the Temporary Residence arises from the understanding of the needs of modern travelers and the growth in the demand for temporary rent apartments. Nowadays, travelers want to experience, discover and become the owners of the new environment they are visiting. Whether it is for business or for pleasure, travelers wish to live the dynamics of the city they are staying at as free and comfortable as if they were at home…and with plenty of facilities at hand.
